Mobile phone cases and holders, as well as all products from the “B-stock” category are excluded from return.
Our phone cases are custom-made, which means that when you place an order, it will be handmade for you according to your order specifications.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong size/design.
Therefore, please always check carefully which size or model you need.
 
If you need to return the goods, you must return them to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
    Please only return unused goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.
    If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
  2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
  3. Please note that the above-mentioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue your credit note.
